Returns & Cancellations

Returns Online if, within 60 days after delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund.

Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return an item or items, we will credit back the cost of the item(s) less the actual shipping charges to ship the item(s) to you.

If a product is returned and the order no longer qualifies for a “Gift with Purchase(s),” the Gift(s) must also be returned; otherwise the value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your credit.

Items in the clearance section, warehouse sale section or marked clearance, discontinued, visual imperfections or closeout are non-refundable. All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our warehouse in good condition.

If your order has been received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materials. Contact Us within 5 days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To avoid delays with your refund or replacement, we ask that you contact the Zwilling Consumer Relations Team prior to mailing in your return. Zwilling will issue a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return label for your convenience. Please note that while we are happy to send replacement items of broken in transit or items not in working condition, we do not process exchanges for different items.

Once your return has been submitted, we will begin processing your refund or replacement order. Please allow a 14-day turnaround time for all transactions. Our Zwilling associates are available Monday- Friday from 9-5 EST to provide you with friendly service and to help resolve any questions you may have.

Repackage the product(s) in the original packaging and pack securely. If returning a knife or shear: To comply with U.S. Postal regulations, items must be wrapped to protect their point and edges from cutting through the box or padded envelope in which they are mailed.

CANCELLATIONS

In an effort to ship orders within a 24-48 hour period, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process to affect changes or cancellations. If you do not wish to keep your order, it can be returned for a refund at your convenience. Please ship the order to the address below and allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be posted.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages that are returned to us for any of the following reasons are subject to actual shipping and return charges. This includes the following:

Packages which are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

Packages returned after 3 failed delivery attempts or unclaimed at the local UPS facility.

Packages which are refused or returned to sender.

To avoid additional charges, please double check your addresses and make sure the recipient knows the package is coming.
